This coffee is reminiscent of the classic "roasty" style coffee that has seemed to vanish from coffee shops across the country. It carries a strong bold flavor, light acidity, and a lighter milk chocolate aftertaste. While not bursting with acidic fruit flavors, I personally love coffees like this as I feel like the flavors evolve throughout my time with the cup. It isn't terrible "complex" as many Latin American coffees seem to be, but this is a really solid drink from start to finish that also provides that kick that tends to appease the American palate.
