This is one of our more acidic coffees, which does not mean much considering we tend to lean heavily on body vs. acidity. That being said, this is a well-balanced cup of coffee that meets the first sip with a bright taste of cherry and fruit sweetness and then mellows out as the sip finishes with a dark chocolaty flavor on the back of the tongue. This coffee can often be found in my mug while in the car headed to the mountains or running errands as it tends to carry with it a lively kick.
