This has become my post-lunch cup of coffee as it is extremely easy to drink. To me, it seems like a mellow (no pun intended...see tasting notes) version of the Peruvian Finca Churupampa. The acidity is almost non-detectable at first sip, with the smoothness and subtle sweetness are the initial thoughts that come to mind, while the finish is chocolatey and nutty. Not to say that this coffee has to be your post-lunch coffee too- but I do usually enjoy an afternoon coffee that lingers, meaning the flavor continues even as my cup sits idle on my desk and it drops to room temperature.
